The Daniel E. Rumph II Foundation attended the Phillies Charity, Inc. 6th Annual Charity Salute. We were one of thirty foundations awarded a grant for their services in the community. Phillies Charity, Inc. has awarded over $200,000 in grants to dozens of local, non-profit organizations and charities in the Delaware Valley area. DER II Foundation is proud to accept this grant, and we thank Phillies Charity, Inc. for their support.

DER II Foundation placed their first three AED programs into Mallery Rec Ctr, Hank Gather Rec Ctr, and Finley Rec Ctr. We want to thank Health Partners Employee's and Foundation for sponsoring Hank Gather Rec Ctr program. We also want to thank Greg Moyer Foundation for donating a AED for Finley Rec Ctr.

DER II Foundation has been given its final approval from the City of Philadelphia to start our AED/CPR training. Mallery Rec Ctr, Hank Gather Rec Ctr, and Finley Rec Ctr staff will be getting trained on the below dates. If anyone would like to join in these training sessions, please Contact Us.

DER II Foundation sponsored eight families in the Germantown area for Thanksgiving. DER II is providing Thanksgiving baskets filled with a variety of food. A turkey will also be given with the baskets. Click here to view pictures of the baskets.

DER II Foundation would like to thank Cheyney University and Ultrasound Services Inc., Play Safe Division for partnering with us to make history. Cheyney University becomes the first University that screened all of their Student-Athletes and DER II Foundation/USI are proud to take part in such a historical event. DER II Foundation First Annual Basketball Tournament exceeded all expectations. It showcased some of the best talents in philly. We had great shooters and high risers!!!! DER II Foundation want to thank all the players that participated in the tournament and all the people that helped put it together. DER II Foundation hosted there 2nd Annual Appreciation Pinic at Cliveden Park in the Mt. Airy section of Philadelphia. There was a great turnout once again. DER II Foundation would like to thank the Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, West Chester University Chapter, for allowing us to present our "Save The Next Bright Star" program on Hypertrophy Cardiomyopathy.
